Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce SRE Engineer to join our Salesforce Application

Maintenance Services team. The SRE Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the availability,

reliability, performance, scalability, and operational stability of the Salesforce landscape.

The role will work closely with Salesforce L2/L3 support teams, development teams, integration teams, infrastructure/cloud teams, and the SRE Architect to proactively identify and resolve reliability issues and continuously improve the operational maturity of the Salesforce platform.

The candidate should have robust Salesforce technical knowledge combined with experience in

DevOps, Copado, monitoring, automation, incident management, performance engineering,

CI/CD, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Production Reliability

- Monitor and maintain the health and availability of Salesforce applications and associated

integrations.
- Analyze Salesforce governor limits, platform limits, API consumption, asynchronous

processing, batch jobs, queueable jobs, flows, and Apex performance.





- Proactively identify potential production issues before they impact business users.
- Support high-priority and critical production incidents.

2. Monitoring & Observability Design and maintain an effective observability framework across the Salesforce landscape covering:

- Application health
- API availability and response times
- Integration failures, Batch/Queueable/Apex job failures, Flow failures
- Data synchronization issues
- Salesforce API usage
- CPU and transaction performance

Implement appropriate logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards, and operational KPIs. Experience with tools such as Salesforce Event Monitoring, Datadog, Azure Monitor, or similar observability platforms.

3. Salesforce Performance Engineering

- Analyze slow-running transactions, Apex execution, SOQL queries, Flow performance, and

integration latency.
- Identify Salesforce governor-limit risks and recommend remediation.
- Analyze large-data-volume (LDV) considerations.
