Hiring: Salesforce FSL Developer

We are looking for experienced Salesforce FSL Developers to join our team and work on enterprise Salesforce Field Service solutions.

Position: Salesforce FSL Developer

Experience: 5–9 Years

- Associate: 5–6 Years
- Senior Associate: 6–9 Years

Location: PAN India Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Summary The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), along with expertise in Salesforce development and customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce FSL solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
- Work on FSL functionalities including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatch, Service Resources, and related processes.
- Develop customized solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Integrate Salesforce FSL with Service Cloud and other enterprise applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.




- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) – Mandatory.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Apex and LWC.
- Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Experience with Experience Cloud is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Candidates who can join immediately.
- Candidates with solid hands-on experience in Salesforce FSL implementations and customization.
