Hiring: Salesforce FSL Developer

We are looking for experienced Salesforce FSL Developers to join our team and work on enterprise Salesforce Field Service solutions.

Position: Salesforce FSL Developer

Experience: 5–9 Years

- Associate: 5–6 Years
- Senior Associate: 6–9 Years

Location: PAN India Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Summary The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) , along with expertise in Salesforce development and customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce FSL solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
- Work on FSL functionalities including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatch, Service Resources, and related processes .
- Develop customized solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools .
- Integrate Salesforce FSL with Service Cloud and other enterprise applications .
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.




- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) – Mandatory.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud .
- Hands-on experience with Apex and LWC .
- Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Experience with Experience Cloud is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates who can join immediately .
- Candidates with robust hands-on experience in Salesforce FSL implementations and customization.
