We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy Manager – Sales Trainer to join a reputed brand in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening sales capabilities through effective training, coaching, performance assessment, and product knowledge initiatives.**

Key Respo nsibilities

- Plan a n d conduct engaging sales and product training programs. Identif y training and performance gaps and implement improvement plans. Coach s ales team members to enhance product knowledge and sales performance. Develop and regularly update training presentations, manuals, and other learning materials. Conduct assessments and gather feedback to measure training effectiveness. Work cl osely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.



Monitor training outcomes and maintain accurate training records and reports.* Support identified low performers through focused coaching and development interventions.

Requirem e nts

- Bachel o r’s degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in Sales Training, Product Training, L&D;, or a similar role. Excelle nt communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong coaching and people-development abilities. Good un derstanding of sales processes and performance improvement. Robust organizational and time-management skills. Immedia te joiners are preferred.* Candida tes based out of Bangalore are required.
