About the Role

We are looking for experienced and confident Telecallers to join our LASIK Centre. The role involves speaking with patients, understanding their requirements, explaining LASIK and available consultation options, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into appointments and consultations.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads received through Google Ads, Meta Ads, website, and other sources.
- Understand the patient's requirement and provide basic information about LASIK and eye-care services.
- Explain the consultation and appointment process clearly.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the hospital/clinic team.
- Follow up with patients who have shown interest but have not booked an appointment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing leads.
- Handle patient questions professionally and escalate medical questions to the appropriate doctor or clinical team.
- Maintain accurate lead and call records in the CRM.
- Track daily calls, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Ensure no genuine lead is missed or left without follow-up.
- Coordinate with the front-desk and sales/operations team for scheduled appointments.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and appointment-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.




- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, or similar industries is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
- Confident and polite while speaking with patients.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Should be target-oriented and consistent with follow-ups.
- Should be comfortable working in an on-site healthcare environment.
