CHITS Global Trade Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our Sales & Business Development team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving business targets, developing B2B opportunities, and supporting the team in converting prospects into clients. This role requires strong leadership, communication, sales, and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor team performance.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calling, online research, and other channels.
- Identify potential importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and international buyers.
- Guide team members in prospecting, client communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to improve sales performance.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and order processes.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience in team handling, sales leadership, or mentoring is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales platforms.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Experience or interest in international B2B sales and export business is an advantage.
