Job Overview We are seeking an organized, proac ve, and tech-savvy Sales Coordinator to act as the administra ve backbone of our commercial opera ons. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial link between our field sales teams, distributors, ins tu onal B2B buyers, and internal warehouse/logis cs departments, ensuring orders move seamlessly from placement to final dispatch. Key Responsibili es  Order & Logis cs Coordina on: Process distributor and corporate retail orders, verify product stock availability, and track dispatches through the supply chain.  B2B Client Management: Handle inquiries from ins tu onal buyers, vendors, and supermarkets, resolving delivery delays and product-related queries efficiently.  Sales Team Support: Maintain regional sales schedules, prepare quota ons, issue proforma invoices, and coordinate product samples for retail pitches.  CRM & Records:



Regularly update and maintain the company sales database, including real-me client transac on records.  Cross-Department Coordina on: Work closely with logis cs, warehouse, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Skills & Qualifica ons Communica on Skills  Excellent external communica on skills.  Ability to write polished and professional business emails.  Confident in handling corporate clients and distributors over the phone.  Clear and concise internal communica on with managers and warehouse teams.

Technical

Skills  Strong computer knowledge and a tech-savvy mindset.  Proficiency in Microso Office 365 or Google Workspace.  Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including: o VLOOKUP o Pivot Tables o Condi onal Forma ng o Sales data management and analysis  Experience with modern CRM pla Also HORECA sales experienced orms is preferred. Educa on &

Experience Educa on: Bachelor's degree in Business Administra on, Commerce, Marke ng, Hospitality, Food Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales coordina on, administra ve support, client servicing, or opera ons desk roles.

Preferred: Experience in the FMCG or food industry.
