Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Kalyan.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include meeting with customers, understanding technical and commercial requirements, preparing quotations, and following up to ensure timely orders. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for product information, delivery schedules,



and after-sales support.

The Sales

Specialist will also provide product training and guidance to customers and partners, maintain accurate sales records, and contribute to sales forecasts and market analysis.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to effectively explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers and channel partners.
- Experience in industrial products, elevators, or related engineering sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kalyan, and travel to customer locations as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for reporting and documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
