Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Specialist will engage with customers and healthcare providers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate medical equipment solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, conducting product demonstrations, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams on inventory and order fulfillment.

Specialist may assist in training clients on product usage and participating in local marketing or promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Customer Service and relationship-building skills to provide responsive support and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals in a structured manner.
- Experience in Training and product education to guide customers on correct and safe use of medical equipment.
- Sales Management capabilities, including pipeline tracking, basic reporting, and coordination with management on targets.
- Basic understanding of medical or healthcare products, preferably in respiratory care or related devices.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, with a proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a healthcare-related field is an advantage.
- Comfort using common productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) to manage leads and customer information.
