We are looking for a Sales & Retail Executive who is confident, well-spoken and experienced in sales, customer handling and retail coordination, with an ability to take ownership of the sales floor and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and customer engagement, understanding client requirements and converting enquiries into sales.
- Handle and develop institutional, corporate and bulk sales opportunities, including client follow-ups and relationship building.
- Take ownership of the sales floor, ensuring smooth coordination and effective customer handling.
- Coordinate with the sales team, designers, vendors and internal teams for customer requirements, special orders and product availability.
- Support visual merchandising and product presentation, ensuring the store reflects the brand's aesthetic and standards.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat and new business.
- Assist with events,



promotions and client engagement activities to support sales.
- Monitor customer enquiries, sales opportunities and follow-ups, and share relevant updates with management.
- Support the team in achieving sales objectives and maintaining a consistent premium customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales, fashion, luxury retail or a related field.
- Prior experience in institutional/corporate sales, floor coordination or team supervision will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional manner.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of fashion, visual merchandising and customer experience.
- Well-organized, proactive and able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Panaji, Goa (Panaji): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Retail sales: 2 years (Required)
