As a Travel Consultant at Tentwood Trips, you'll help clients plan their perfect trip, from flights and accommodations to guided tours and unique experiences. You'll offer expert advice, design custom itineraries, and ensure every journey is smooth, memorable, and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget
- Create customized travel itineraries and packages
- Book flights, accommodations, transport, tours, and travel insurance
- Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, and travel requirements
- Handle customer queries, changes, and issues before and during trips
- Keep up-to-date with travel trends, regulations, and visa policies




- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, hotels, and partners
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:

- Previous experience in travel consulting, tourism, or hospitality (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office
- Passion for travel and creating unique experiences
