Looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to identify new residential projects that are completed or nearing handover and generate genuine leads for our interior design business.

Key Responsibilities

> Visit apartments/residential projects that are ready or nearing possession.

> Identify and connect with security staff, project marketing/sales offices, facility teams, brokers, residents, walk-in customers and other relevant contacts.

> Build relationships with people who can provide reliable information and interior leads.

> Collect owner/flat-holder leads and project-level databases wherever possible.

> Maintain regular follow-ups and share verified leads with the sales team.

> Explore opportunities for mutually beneficial collaboration with people at the project.

Requirements

> Positive communication and convincing skills.

> Comfortable with extensive field work and visiting multiple projects daily.

> Knowledge of Bangalore residential projects is an advantage.

> Two-wheeler and smartphone is must.

> Experience in field sales, real estate, interiors or lead generation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
