The company offers cost-effective inspection, service, repair, and parts supply for key equipment, operating workshops in Dammam and Mumbai aligned with API standards. JES is an authorized distributor for several global partners, enabling access to drilling instrumentation, downhole tools, PDC drill bits, coring services, paraffin melting tools, and completion tools. This network allows JES to deliver integrated, reliable solutions to onshore and offshore drilling and workover operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase & Vendor Coordination

- Identify and develop reliable suppliers for electronic, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and industrial products.
- Source materials and obtain competitive quotations from vendors.
- Prepare comparative statements and evaluate price, delivery, quality, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with vendors for order placement, order acknowledgements, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on pending purchase orders and ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and pricing databases.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for dispatch and delivery.

Inside Sales & Sales Support
- Handle customer enquiries received through email, phone, and other communication channels.




- Understand technical requirements and coordinate with suppliers/OEMs for suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and technical submittals.
- Follow up on quotations and maintain enquiry-to-order records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements, pricing, and delivery commitments.
- Develop new customer and vendor contacts through online research and business communication.
- Support sales activities for instrumentation, electrical, automation, electronic components, and industrial equipment.

Technical & Commercial Coordination
- Read and understand basic technical specifications, datasheets, part numbers, and equipment requirements.
- Identify equivalent or alternative products from different manufacturers.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers for technical clarifications.
- Ensure accuracy in product descriptions, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Assist in preparing tenders, RFQs, purchase orders, and commercial documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of purchasing processes and purchasing methods, with experience in industrial or energy sector procurement.
- Demonstrated purchase management capabilities, including vendor management, negotiation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience creating, managing,



and tracking purchase orders within ERP or procurement systems.
- Solid analytical skills to evaluate quotations, compare supplier offers, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with oil and gas equipment, drilling tools, or related technical products is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software, with attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Robust communication and collaboration abilities, with capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Required Skills
- Basic technical knowledge of Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical products.
- Good understanding of industrial components, sensors, control panels, PLCs, transmitters, electrical equipment, and automation products.
- Strong vendor development and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and email drafting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and general office applications.
- Ability to read datasheets and understand technical specifications.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
