Sales & Operations Manager – Night Shift

Location: Ambala Cantt | WFO

Experience: 2–8 Years in Sales

Industry: Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the International Sales/Calling Team.
- Drive team sales, conversions, revenue & productivity.
- Set, monitor and achieve individual & team sales targets.
- Conduct daily huddles, coaching and performance reviews.
- Monitor attendance, KPIs, quality and CRM performance.
- Handle operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.

Requirements

- 2–8 years’ experience in Global Voice/Sales Process.
- Strong experience in team handling & sales management.
- Proven ability to manage individual and team targets.
- Excellent English communication & leadership skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, CRM & reporting.
- Willing to work permanent Night Shift.
