: Sales Executive - Diagnostic LaboratoryJob Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote our diagnostic laboratory services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions. The role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, increasing patient referrals, expanding the laboratory's market presence, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare centers regularly to promote the laboratory's services.
- Present the laboratory's test menu, health packages, turnaround times, home-collection services, and other benefits.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinic managers, hospital administrators, and other referral partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase patient and sample referrals.
- Identify potential clients and develop assigned territories through planned field visits.




- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into active business accounts.
- Coordinate with laboratory, collection, billing, and customer-service teams to ensure smooth service.
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, service offerings, and local market trends.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, referral data, and client follow-up schedules.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and new-client acquisition targets.
- Support health camps, doctor meetings, awareness programs, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure that all marketing activities follow healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
