We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to manage customer enquiries, convert leads into orders, and coordinate the complete execution process for our wooden flooring business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and understand flooring requirements.

- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

- Coordinate quotations, product selection, measurements, and client approvals.

- Manage orders from confirmation to delivery and installation.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, warehouse, and installation teams.

- Track timelines, payments, deliveries, and project completion.

- Resolve client queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Maintain accurate sales and order updates in the CRM.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Client Coordination.

- Experience in wooden flooring, interiors, furniture, building materials, or home improvement is preferred.

- Robust communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

- Sales-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.

- Comfortable managing both client conversion and order execution.

Pay: ₹10,851.83 - ₹50,000.00 per month
