- Generate leads and drive business through the DSA/channel partner network.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with DSA/channel partners.
- Explain lending products, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate cases from login to approval and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers, partners and internal teams on pending cases.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales/disbursement targets.
- Maintain sales reports, lead pipelines and partner performance updates.
