Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert sales leads through cold calls, referrals, site visits, and a strong personal/professional network of high value connections
- Build and leverage relationships with business associate, channel partners, investors, and industry contacts to create a consistent lead pipeline
- Advise clients on property options tailored to their needs, preferences, and budget
- Conduct property tours, clearly explaining features, pricing, and legal/documentation details
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals effectively
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activity in CRM
- Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Robust existing network or ability to generate leads through personal/professional connections and referrals
- Solid understanding of market research, trends, and promotional campaign management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
- Analytical, goal driven, and solution oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in real estate or allied industries is a strong advantage
