Sales & Marketing Executive – Sports Store Key Responsibilities: Handle customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, social media, and references. Promote sports equipment, apparel, footwear, and accessories.
Build relationships with schools, academies, clubs, teams, and corporate clients. Handle bulk/institutional sales and follow up on enquiries. Plan local marketing activities and promotions. Maintain product knowledge, displays, and customer service.
Track leads, sales, follow-ups, and submit regular reports.
Candidate Profile: 1–4 years of sales/marketing or retail experience. Valuable communication, convincing, and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and customer-focused. Sports industry experience or interest in sports preferred. Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and social media.
