Job Summary

ZEN SCAFF ENGINEERS is looking for energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executives to develop new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and promote the company's scaffolding products and services in the Coimbatore and Tiruppur markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current customers and business opportunities.
- Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and other potential customers.
- Promote and explain ZEN SCAFF ENGINEERS' scaffolding products and services.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and other marketing activities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales/technical team.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for orders and payments as required.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer details, and lead status.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities.
- Build strong and professional relationships with customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Any degree / Diploma preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile applications.
- Ability to identify leads and convert them into business.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Knowledge of the construction or scaffolding industry will be an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
