- Business Development Identify and develop recent business opportunities and potential customers.Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, exhibitions, and B2B platforms.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.Prepare and share quotations, proposals, product details, and follow-ups.Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.Coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, dispatch, and delivery.
- MarketingDevelop and execute marketing activities for company products and services.Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Create product-focused content, posts, reels, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.Manage and update company profiles on B2B platforms such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.Support product launches, exhibitions, trade shows,



and promotional campaigns.Improve brand visibility and generate qualified leads through digital marketing.
- Customer &
- Sales SupportRespond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.Follow up on quotations, pending orders, payments, and new business opportunities.Collect customer feedback and communicate requirements to the relevant internal teams.Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Reporting &
- CoordinationMaintain updated records of leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups.Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.Track lead conversion and identify opportunities for improvement.Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
