We are looking for an energetic Marketing Executive with 3-4 years of mandatory experience in hospital sales/marketing in the Chandigarh Tricity area. The candidate should have good local market knowledge and established relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates and healthcare referral networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes and healthcare partners.
- Generate OPD, IPD, diagnostic and surgical patient referrals.
- Conduct regular field visits across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula nearby areas.
- Identify and develop recent referral sources and business opportunities.
- Support health camps, corporate tie-ups, RWAs, senior citizen associations and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate with hospital doctors and internal teams for marketing initiatives.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead/referral tracking and follow-ups.
- Work towards assigned monthly revenue, referral and patient acquisition targets.




- Assist in promoting hospital specialties, health packages and new services.

Candidate Requirements
- 3-4 years of hospital sales/marketing experience is mandatory.
- Prior field experience in the Chandigarh Tricity healthcare market is essential.
- Existing network with doctors/clinics will be preferred.
- Good communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work.
- Own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Healthcare is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Someone currently working in hospital business development, referral marketing, healthcare sales or doctor relationship management in the Chandigarh Tricity region.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
