EcoFresh is looking for a Marketing Staff who can handle day-to-day customer interactions, support sales and marketing activities, and manage walk-in customers at our office.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable riding a bike, handling customers, and doing basic business calculations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers at the EcoFresh office every day.
- Communicate with existing and potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Support sales and marketing activities for EcoFresh products.
- Visit clients, shops, distributors, and other business prospects when required.
- Handle product deliveries when required using the company-provided bike.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects.
- Prepare basic calculations related to orders, pricing, quantities, and payments.
- Maintain basic records of customer interactions and sales activities.




- Coordinate with the internal team for orders and customer requirements.

Requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, sales, customer handling, or a similar role.
- Must know how to ride a bike and have a valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of calculations, pricing, quantities, and billing.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should be responsible, active, and comfortable with field visits.
- No specific educational qualification required.
- Willingness to work from the EcoFresh office daily.
