About Company:

ECDS is looking for a agile Sales & Marketing Engineer with experience in Technical Sales, Project Sales, Biomass Polymers, Biodegradable Polymers, Plastic Raw Materials, Polymer Compounds, Packaging Materials, Sustainable Materials, or Industrial Polymer Solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with plastic manufacturers, packaging companies, OEMs, industrial buyers, distributors, and channel partners while driving technical sales and business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop business through plastic manufacturers, packaging companies, OEMs, industrial buyers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Promote Biomass Polymer Based Sustainable Material Solutions.
- Generate business opportunities through technical selling, customer networking,



and market development.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Manage sales from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with technical and production teams for product trials, project execution, and customer support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Polymer/Plastics/Chemical/Mechanical) or Graduate with relevant polymer industry sales experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Project Sales, Biomass Polymers, Biodegradable Polymers, Polymer Compounds, Plastic Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, or Industrial Polymer Solutions.
- Strong network with Plastic Manufacturers, Packaging Companies, OEMs, Industrial Buyers, Distributors, and Channel Partners.
- Knowledge of Carbon Storage, Carbon Credits, and Sustainability Compliance will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
