We connect companies with the right decision-makers through focused one-to-one business meetings and high-value networking.

About the Role

We are looking for a sales-driven, creative individual to join our team in a combined Sales & Marketing role. This is a junior-level position, ideal for someone in the early stage of their career who is confident engaging with international clients and eager to grow into a full-time role. The role involves generating new business through direct sales and building visibility for our events through marketing and content.

We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and closing deals, but is equally comfortable planning campaigns, writing content and managing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through calls, emails and follow-ups with potential exhibitors and participants.
- Manage client relationships from registration through to the event.




- Plan and execute marketing for each event, including social media, email campaigns, website updates and promotional material.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers and media partners for marketing collateral and event promotion.
- Maintain and grow our online presence across relevant platforms.
- Track marketing performance and suggest improvements based on what's working.
- Maintain accurate client and sales databases.
- Travel within India for events when required.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or a similar client-facing role.
- Prior experience engaging with international clients is ideal.
- Experience with marketing, content or social media management.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken. Tamil is appreciated.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva and Brevo is a required.
- Experience in B2B events, conferences or exhibitions is a plus.
