Role Description

We are seeking a agile and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive our secured business portfolio, specifically focusing on Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with foundational sales experience, overseeing and expanding our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network in Pan India

- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to expand market reach.
- Drive sales and achieve targets for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products through the DSA channel.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business acquisition and revenue growth.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to DSAs to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, ensuring their continuous engagement and performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices by the DSA network.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and marketing to streamline processes and support sales efforts.
- Resolve any issues or challenges faced by DSAs or customers promptly and efficiently.
