Roles & Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the sales team to achieve set targets.

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for domestic and international markets.

Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Overseeing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely deal closures.

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to optimize strategies.

Preparing sales reports and presenting performance updates to management.
