Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
- Explain StayForAll services and accommodation options.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Confident and friendly with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales/customer service experience is an advantage.
