We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Metals, Mining & Heavy Industry

Masturlal Fabrichem is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Metals, Mining & Heavy Industry to take dedicated ownership of this vertical and accelerate its growth.

We already serve demanding industrial applications with filtration solutions and see significant potential to expand further across the metals, mining and heavy-process industries.

This role will focus on sectors including:

- Iron & steel
- Aluminium and non-ferrous metals
- Ferroalloys
- Mining and mineral processing
- Pellet, sinter and DRI plants
- Foundries
- Lime and other heavy-process industries
- EPCs, OEMs and air-pollution-control companies serving these sectors The person joining us will be responsible for:
- Growing existing customers and key accounts
- Identifying new plants and target customers
- Building relationships with maintenance, technical, procurement and plant teams
- Generating recent inquiries and developing a strong opportunity pipeline
- Understanding customer applications and coordinating technical solutions internally
- Driving opportunities from first contact through order closure




- Developing long-term business across the vertical

We are looking for someone with strong industrial B2B sales or business-development experience , particularly in steel, metals, mining, process equipment, pollution-control systems, industrial consumables or engineered products.

Experience in industrial filtration or dust-collection systems would be highly relevant, but the most important qualities are ownership, strong customer development skills and the ability to create new business .

Masturlal Fabrichem has been serving industrial customers since 1971 , and this role is intended for someone who wants to take responsibility for growing a meaningful business vertical.
