Role & responsibilities
- Drive business growth for LAP products in the assigned geography.
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sourcing, connectors, DSAs and market references.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-7 Years of experience in LAP.
- Should have experience handling LAP products, preferably with ticket sizes of 50 lakhs - 6 crore.
- Solid sales, negotiable, relationship-management and market-development skills.
- Target-oriented with good communication and customer-handling abilities.
