Sales Manager - Micro LAP

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive Micro LAP business by managing a team of 5 Sales Officers/Executives. The role will focus on business generation through DSTs, connectors, and open-market sourcing, along with team performance and portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate a team of 5 Sales Officers/Executives.
- Drive Micro LAP business through DSTs, connectors, and open-market sourcing.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets through the team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with connectors and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the connector network.
- Monitor daily team performance, leads, logins, approvals, and disbursements.
- Conduct regular market visits and support the team in customer meetings and case closures.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Operations, and other teams for smooth processing.




- Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and processes.
- Monitor EDA, collections, and portfolio quality.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to generate new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Micro LAP, LAP, Mortgage, Housing Finance, NBFC, or secured lending preferred.
- Prior team-handling experience is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of DST and connector-driven sales.
- Good communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong field sales and business development orientation.

CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA
