Rohit Exergy India Private Limited is looking for an experienced Industrial Biomass Pellet Sales Manager to take ownership of B2B sales and business development for our premium-quality wood pellets used in industrial heating applications.

This is a hands-on sales role for a professional who understands the industrial biomass pellet market, has existing customer relationships, and can independently generate, develop and close business.

?????????: Prior experience in selling wood pellets to industrial customers is mandatory.

- Take complete ownership of industrial biomass pellet sales and business development.
- Generate new leads independently and develop recurring industrial customers.
- Utilize existing customer networks and relationships to generate business.
- Identify industries currently using coal, LPG, diesel, furnace oil, biomass or competing wood pellets.
- Identify and develop opportunities for premium-quality wood pellets.
- Conduct customer meetings, plant visits and fuel assessments.
- Coordinate pellet trials and support conversion from existing fuels or pellet suppliers.
- Present the technical and commercial benefits of premium-quality pellets.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, techno-commercial offers and customer documentation.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and close orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms.
- Track orders, deliveries, collections and repeat business.
- Build long-term customer relationships and increase monthly sales tonnage.
- Identify opportunities for pellet burners and industrial heating solutions.

- Direct wood pellet sales experience — mandatory.




- Existing network of industrial customers purchasing biomass/wood pellets.
- Proven personal pellet sales performance in MT/month.
- Experience selling premium or consistent-quality pellets.
- Strong independent lead-generation capability.
- Strong negotiation, closing and relationship-management skills.
- Understanding of industrial fuel applications and customer economics.
- Understanding of GCV, moisture, ash, combustion performance, fuel consumption and thermal efficiency.
- Experience with boilers, dryers, furnaces, thermic fluid heaters, hot air generators or other industrial heating systems will be highly valuable.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, plant visits and trials.

We are looking for someone who can build business, not just handle leads.

The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, technically comfortable discussing industrial fuel performance, capable of generating business independently and confident in negotiating and closing B2B industrial sales.

Candidates with only generic B2B sales, commodity trading without direct pellet sales, briquette-only sales or unrelated industrial sales experience will not be preferred.
