What we're looking for - 3–7 years of sales experience
- Mandatory: Experience in home interiors / modular kitchens/wardrobes
- Proven track record of closing residential interior projects
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle — Lead → Meeting → Quotation → Negotiation → Closure
- Experience managing a sales team is a plus What you'll do - Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
- Convert leads into interior projects
- Handle client meetings and negotiations
- Build and manage the sales team
