Flatkick Designs is expanding its EVA Compounding business and looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to build and scale our Delhi-NCR customer base.

? Location: Delhi-NCR / Sonipat

? Role: Field Sales | B2B | New Business Development

? The Mission

Your primary responsibility will be to build the EVA compound business from the ground up by identifying manufacturers using external EVA compound, conducting trials and converting them into regular customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify EVA injection footwear & sole manufacturers across Delhi-NCR.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Conduct regular factory visits and meet Purchase, Production & Management teams.
- Understand requirements for hardness, density, colour, rebound and processing.
- Coordinate compound trials and technical evaluations.
- Convert successful trials into recurring business.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Track customer consumption and develop opportunities for higher volumes.
- Achieve agreed monthly/annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships and ensure timely payments.

? Sales Target & Incentive The candidate will be expected to develop a meaningful B2B customer base with an initial focus on building ₹1–2 crore+ annual EVA compound business,



with scope to scale significantly.

⭐ Who We’re Looking For

We want a sales hunter—not just an order taker.

Ideal candidate should have

✅ 3–7 years of B2B sales experience

✅ Existing contacts with EVA footwear / injection moulding manufacturers will be a major advantage

✅ Experience in EVA compound, polymers, plastics, footwear materials or related industries preferred

✅ Good understanding of EVA injection processing

✅ Strong negotiation and customer-conversion skills

✅ Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi-NCR

✅ Robust follow-up and collection discipline

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop a market independently
