Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the Role

Gauri Real Estate is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate should have solid sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage clients and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Generate and convert new sales leads.
- Handle client meetings, property visits and negotiations.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth closure of deals.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and target achievement.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Raipur real estate market will be an advantage.
- Must have a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Should be confident, professional and presentable.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and CRM/sales reporting is preferred.
