Elite Power Corporations is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team in the renewable energy sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving business targets, developing new customer relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify market opportunities and potential customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Drive revenue growth and improve overall sales performance.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales management.
- Experience in team handling and target-based sales.




- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Experience in the solar/renewable energy industry will be an advantage.

Work Details Salary: ₹25,000+ per month

Location: Palladam, Tiruppur

Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM
