DEXBED INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD. is a furniture manufacturing company established in 2022, specializing in cutting-edge, space-saving, and multi-utility furniture solutions. We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Ernakulam.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate the sales team.

- Handle and monitor telecalling activities.

- Generate leads and follow up with customers.

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Monitor individual and team performance.

- Train and guide team members.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Prepare regular sales reports.

- Identify new sales opportunities and support business growth.

Requirements

- Any Degree.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales and team management experience is preferred.

- Good telecalling and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Ability to lead and manage a team.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
