Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the cement industry to drive sales, develop dealer/distributor networks, and build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into regular business.
- Conduct market visits and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and operations teams for smooth order execution and delivery.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and commercial negotiations.




- Ensure proper market coverage and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant sales experience in the cement/building materials industry.
- Solid dealer and distributor network in Delhi/NCR or the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of cement market, pricing, competitors, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target-oriented and business-development approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
