Job Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.

- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and major client relationships.

- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.

- Monitor sales performance, follow-ups, and conversion rates.

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the tiles industry is mandatory.

- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.

- Solid knowledge of tiles, slabs, and related products.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.

- Good knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
