Aurella Belle is growing — and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can take our sales game to the next level.

What You’ll Do
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Generate and convert leads
- Build strong client/customer relationships
- Explore new B2B, retail & business opportunities
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Work closely with Marketing & Operations teams
- Lead and support the sales team as we grow
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Experience in Skincare, Beauty, D2C, FMCG, E-commerce or Retail preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a proven sales record
- Positive understanding of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets & sales funnels
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
