SHREEV LIVINGS is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Lead to oversee our sales function and drive business growth in the areas of premium interior design, turnkey projects, and bespoke furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Site Visit → Requirement Understanding → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Monitor team performance, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline
- Handle high-value clients and project negotiations
- Develop current lead generation and business development channels
- Coordinate with the design, project, and operations teams for smooth client handovers
- Conduct regular sales reviews to ensure team accountability
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders, and channel partners

Target & Performance:

- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Drive consistent lead conversion and closings at the team level
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve targets




- Track individual team performance using KPIs
- Take ownership of achieving assigned business and revenue goals

Team Handling:

- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups
- Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching
- Ensure discipline, accountability, and target-oriented execution

We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in interior design, turnkey projects, real estate, furniture, or related industries preferred
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Target-oriented with strong ownership mentality
- Ability to manage premium/high-value clients
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Ahmedabad
