Job Title: Sales Head / General Manager – Sales

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 15–20 Years

Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA + Variable/Incentives

Industry: Industrial Goods / Capital Goods / Machine Tools

Qualification & Experience:

- 15–20 years of experience in direct sales of industrial goods, preferably Capital Goods / Machine Tools.
- Strong experience in Sales Team Management.
- Proven experience in Pan-India Sales & Business Development.
- Should have handled Techno-Commercial Negotiations directly with customers.
- Strong dealer/distributor network development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive profitable sales of existing products and evaluate new products from domestic & international manufacturers.
- Monitor and ensure effective follow-up of enquiries until closure.
- Develop and strengthen the Pan-India dealer network and sales strategy.




- Build solid relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Improve sales conversion, repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Guide and motivate the sales team with market intelligence, customer data and competitor analysis.
- Provide strategic inputs and market feedback to management.
- Ensure participation in Defence, Government & Institutional Tenders.
- Represent the company at regional and national exhibitions.
- Develop and implement effective Pan-India sales strategies in coordination with management.
