We are currently executing 600+ MWp of Solar, BESS & KUSUM engineering projects, along with 2000+ MWp of pre-bid assignments.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Head – West Region to drive business development and strengthen our presence across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and other Western markets.

Key Responsibilities• Develop new business opportunities with Solar EPCs, IPPs, Developers and Renewable Energy companies





- Generate leads and convert them into engineering consultancy projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Develop a strong pipeline across Solar, BESS, Substation and Engineering services
- Represent Solar Plug Consultants in client meetings, industry events and business discussions

What We’re Looking For✔️ 6+ years of experience in Solar / Renewable Energy sales or business development

✔️ Strong network among Solar EPCs, Developers & IPPs

✔️ Good understanding of Solar PV / BESS projects

✔️ Solid communication, negotiation and client-handling skills

✔️ Proven track record in B2B sales
