Role OverviewAs a Right Home Exploration Expert, you will work directly with home buyers to understand their requirements and guide them towards suitable property options using your real estate knowledge and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 1:1 or group home exploration sessions with potential buyers.
- Understand requirements around location, budget, commute, family needs and lifestyle.
- Analyse project data, builder profiles, infrastructure and market trends to recommend suitable options.
- Explain approvals, builder reputation, connectivity and development potential.
- Stay updated on local real estate markets, infrastructure projects and upcoming developments.
- Handle customer and property information with confidentiality.




- Share market insights and feedback with internal data/product teams.

Who We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of the Hyderabad or Bangalore real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an advisory mindset.
- Comfortable working with maps, dashboards and structured data.
- Ability to simplify complex property-related information for home buyers.
- Strong knowledge of local growth corridors, infrastructure and development trends.
- English proficiency required; Telugu/Hindi for Hyderabad and Kannada/Hindi for Bangalore is preferred.

Preferred BackgroundArchitects, Urban Planners, Civil Engineers, Real Estate Analysts, Property Consultants, Valuers, Town Planning professionals, or experienced professionals from reputed real estate developers looking to move into an advisory role. What We Offer
