About the Role

Urbane Properties is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads and client enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations.
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations and booking closures.
- Build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain lead and customer information in CRM.

What We’re Looking For




- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of Pune's real estate market.
- Marathi, Hindi and English communication skills.
- Result-oriented attitude with strong follow-up skills.
