Lenskart Sales Associate (SA) Roles & Responsibilities

- Customer Handling: Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.

- Product Recommendation: Suggest suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and other eyewear based on customer needs.

- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales and achieve daily/monthly store targets.

- Product Knowledge: Explain frame styles, lens options, features, pricing, offers, and warranty/service details.

- Eye Test Support: Assist customers with the eye-test process and guide them as required.

- Billing & POS: Handle billing, payments, and POS transactions accurately.

- Store Operations: Maintain proper product displays, cleanliness, and store hygiene.

- Inventory: Support stock checking, product movement, and inventory management.

- Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers regarding orders, collections, and services.

- Customer Experience: Provide a positive customer experience and handle basic customer queries/complaints.

- Store SOPs: Follow Lenskart's processes, policies, grooming standards, and operational guidelines.

- Team Coordination: Work with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.
