? ABOUT THE ROLE

SGD Connects is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell open plots to prospective buyers and investors.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into potential customers
- Generate leads through personal references, networking, and referrals
- Participate in field visits and marketing campaigns to generate current leads
- Follow up with leads received through field activities and promotional campaigns
- Explain plot details, layouts, pricing & payment plans to prospective clients
- Schedule and conduct site visits for interested customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate and close deals while coordinating the documentation process
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and sales





? REQUIREMENTS
- BBA / MBA preferred
- 0–3 years of sales experience
- Real estate experience preferred, not mandatory
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits within Hyderabad
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
