We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused sales professional to drive residential pest management business in Thane. The role involves generating new business, converting leads, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely realization of sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and drive sales for residential pest control services.

- Visit residential premises, conduct initial inspections, and recommend appropriate treatments.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while continuously expanding the local customer base.

- Identify opportunities for repeat business, renewals, and additional pest management services.

- Educate homeowners on preventive pest control measures, hygiene, and long-term pest management.





- Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline and submit daily activity reports.

- Ensure timely conversion of leads and follow-up on quotations and proposals.

- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and minimize outstanding receivables.

- Track customer payments and proactively follow up on pending dues.

- Maintain discipline on credit sales and ensure collections are aligned with agreed payment terms.

- Ensure a smooth handover to the operations and execution teams after order confirmation.

- Coordinate with the operations and finance teams to resolve customer concerns affecting payment realization.
