Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur.

The Sales

Executive will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their interior décor needs, present suitable wallpaper and related product options, and provide detailed product explanations. This role includes preparing quotations, following up on leads, closing sales, and coordinating with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Executive will maintain customer relationships, handle basic after-sales support,



and contribute to store merchandising and promotional activities to increase footfall and sales. Regular reporting of sales activities and market feedback to management will also be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer service skills, including active listening, relationship-building, and handling queries professionally.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in interior design, décor trends, and aesthetic presentation.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in office, manage time well, and handle multiple customer interactions daily.
- Comfort with basic computer and mobile applications for billing, CRM, and reporting.
- Prior experience in retail, interiors, or related sales roles is an advantage.
- Minimum education: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
