As a Sales Specialist, you will be the voice of Policy Bazaar, engage with global customers and drive sales conversions. The role involves handling international clients, promoting insurance products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Engage with international customers via calls, emails, and chats.
n
- Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.
n
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

- Maintain solid follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
n
- Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.

nRequired Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
n
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
n
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.
n
- Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
n
- Freshers and experience both can apply.
n
- Salary package 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA..
